Timbits U7 Initiation - LEARN TO PLAY PROGRAM

GBHA Instructors support players  to provide a terrific learning environment.  Learn to Skate - Hockey Skills

The goal of the U 7  program is FUN!  FUN!  FUN!

HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS

From mid-September until the end of November (approx. 8 weeks) the players participate in the “Learn to Skate" portion of the program. Players are divided into one of four different groups based on skill. These are fluid groups and you can move between them to find the appropriate level for your player. These sessions focus on developing skills at a pace and intensity appropriate for the needs of each group.

Players are divided into teams at the end of November or early in December.

The ice is divided into 4 stations; every week the players rotate through Game, Skill development and Play stations.
